"Pop-Up" Pilates

Come break a sweat in this 45 minute Pilates inspired class. We will tone, strengthen, sculpt and stretch our bodies. During this class, we use Pilates balls, hand weights, resistance loops and our bodies as props. You will leave sweaty, tired and happy!

*This class does include squats, lunges and planks
