Power Flow Express

Power Flow & Power Flow Express: Power Yoga is a physically intense yoga flow! If you’re looking for a heart pumping, muscle burning, sweaty flow, look no further! During this class, we flow through numerous Sun Salutations, as well as a core & lower body sequences. The sequence for each class stays relatively the same, with some added surprise push-ups, pulsing, shoulder taps, longer planks and extra long chair poses to spice things up each week! This class is fast flowing, but don’t let that scare you because it is highly adaptable! This class is a physical and mental challenge, but I know you can do it! You WILL leave this class SWEATY!

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow combines a series of poses with a slower, lighter paced flow. This class focuses on our breath, relaxation and meditation. Poses are held for 8-10+ breaths allowing for a deep stretch. There are no planks, Sun Salutations or Chaturangas in this class. This class is full of “yummy” poses for our bodies. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed and lighter.

Flow

Flow sequences poses together to create fluid movement from one pose to another. Poses are held for 1-5 breaths. This class always contains a Sun Salutation sequence, balance poses, a core sequence, some varying sequences that change each week and ends with savasana! This class does contain planks, and movement up and down on your mat. Modifications and variations are given throughout the class.

Chair Flow

This class focuses on making yoga safe, comfortable, and accessible to each individual. Most poses are taken seated in a chair or standing with the support of a chair. Many variations of each pose are shown so everyone can take the version that fits them best. We flow from movement to movement, holding each pose for 1-5 breaths. This class is faster moving than Chair Yin

Kid's Yoga is designed for kids ages 4 years+.

ForeverFit

ForeverFit is a fun, energizing, feel-good exercise class for every body & all abilities! This 45 minute class is low-impact, and focuses on building strength, improving balance and boosting flexibility! No jumping. No getting down on the floor. Just mindful movements with great music! Classes are taught by Karen Hover.

Flow Express

This class is all the yummy goodness of Flow, wrapped up in 30 minutes. We will flow through a warm up sequence, followed by a few Sun Salutations, balance poses and a floor sequence. As always, Savasana tops this class off.

*This class does move up and down off the floor, as well as plank poses, kneeling poses and down dogs.

"Pop-Up" Pilates

Are you ready to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body from head to toe? Then this class is for you! Every "POP-UP" Pilates class includes standing sequences, mat work and of course CORE! We incorporate props such as Pilates balls, resistance loops and weights to sculpt our bodies. This class does include squats, lunges, planks and push-up. Modifications are available.

"POP-UP" Gentle Flow

In this 45 minute class, we take some yummy, gentle, feel good poses. We focus on slowing our bodies, breath and minds. This class is the slow-down we all need!
